BACKGROUND
Sara McLlenan is the Designated Broker and founder of No Hard Sale Realty, LLC. Sara manages, teaches, sells, recruits, and trains agents for her firm.
Prior to founding No Hard Sale Realty, Sara has worked for both national Real Estate firms and the hi-tech companies that are a part of the U.S. Fortune 500 companies. She has seen the inefficiencies, the beaucracies, the office politics, coupled with limitations that large firms have on their employees, agents, and brokers. Thus, she has spent several years obtaining her own broker’s license and launching her own real estate brokerage company. As a result, No Hard Sale Realty, LLC was born.
To her clients and her peers, Sara has established a reputation to be the "go to" person for diverse knowledge, and for solid credible advice. Such subjects include, but not limited to: real estate investing, negotiations, contract law, mortgage loans, internet commerce, stock market, home improvement services, hi-tech industry, Vietnamese interpretation services, cultural diversity, counseling, behavioral health, social services, hiking, ballroom dancing, education, scholarships source for college, and international business, etc.
As a resident in the Metro Phoenix area for over 19 years, Sara is deeply knowledgeable about the real estate market in Metro Phoenix, Arizona. You will get accurate information about the Arizona real estate market as Sara has lived and worked in most of the cities where she sells real estate.
PHILOSOPHY
To be effective as a Broker, Sara believes that it is imperative to know more than just earning a brokerage license. Thus, she attends advanced Real Estate classes regularly to stay current. Pertinent classes such as, contract law, 1031 exchanges, short sale, Real Estate Owned (REO) home inspection, real estate market updates, appraisal, loan programs, insurances, negotiations, home warranties, disclosures, taxes, property management, sales, marketing, advertising, Ecommerce, technology, etc. In other words, Sara is constantly expanding her knowledge and resources to effectively serve her clients, you! In addition, Sara is an experienced marketer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University (ASU) in Tempe, Arizona. While attending college, she has earned variety of full academic scholarships, some of which are : ASU Maroon and Gold, US Armed Forces, Avon Products, and Shell Oil.
Sara wants the relationship to last beyond the transaction and would rather lose a sale than a client! However, in order to have a good working relationship, we must have a mutual goal. She will not enter into an agreement with a seller who is unrealistic in regards to the proper pricing of their home. Even if it means telling clients things they don’t want to hear. Sara acknowledges that she may periodically loses business because she is straight forward with her clients and that the competitors will tell them what they want to hear temporarily to get their business.
