RESIDENTIAL COMMISSION COMPARISONS ON A $200,000 SALE:
A) TRADITIONAL BROKERAGE AGENT
Buyer's/Seller's Agents.
$200,000 x 6% = $12,000 / 2 = $6,000 for each side minus 50% Company Split = $3,000 net commission.
You as a traditional brokerage agent earn only $3,000!
